Managers, team leaders, HR professionals, senior leaders, entrepreneurs and other professionals facing difficult or complex human, managerial or decision-making situations.

The Labs are designed for anyone looking to gain perspective, experiment with new approaches and exchange perspectives with professionals from different backgrounds.

What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

You are facing a difficult, or complex professional situation that impacts you :

  • difficult managerial situation
  • conflicting priorities
  • recurring issue
  • a change that has stalled, or a problem you keep going over without finding a way forward.

''Emergent Leadership Lab'' gives you the opportunity to step outside your usual environment, gain perspective and look at your situation differently.

For 2 or 4 hours, you step away from your workplace and put your thinking in motion, in nature.

Guided by two experienced professionals, you work on your own real-life professional situation through a structured process.

You leave with:

  • greater clarity and perspective on your situation;
  • a better understanding of what is really at play, beyond the visible problem;
  • greater clarity about a decision, your position or possible courses of action;
  • at least two practical tools you can reuse in your day-to-day professional life;
  • less tension and more mental space to think and act.

This is not a walk in the forest.

Each Lab explores a different theme related to leadership, management, decision-making or collaboration.

The principle remains the same: come with a real situation and leave better equipped to act.
