In recent years, non-profit organisations, foundations, and other entities within the non-profit sector have increasingly come under scrutiny as the complexity of their operations and the associated risks have grown. Although these organisations are established with the goal of providing public benefit, they are not immune to issues such as financial mismanagement, fraud, and corruption. In light of such challenges, it has become imperative for non-profit organisations to adopt sound governance practices and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
