Goals

Immerse yourself in a realistic cyber crisis scenario through an interactive simulation designed to challenge participants’ responsiveness, coordination, and decision-making. By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Detect early warning signs and triggers of a potential cyber crisis
  • Coordinate seamlessly across all stakeholders - technical teams, business units, communications, and management
  • Make strategic and operational decisions under pressure, balancing priorities and assessing impacts
  • Apply essential procedures and best practices from the cyber crisis management plan
