This two-week certification seminar in Risk Management offers a comprehensive overview of key risk management areas that are essential to the stability and performance of modern financial institutions. Designed for professionals seeking to strengthen both technical and interpersonal skills, the program covers a wide range of topics—from core principles to specific risk categories such as operational risk, market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk, all tailored to the banking sector.
The curriculum also includes specialized modules on ESG risks, information security, data protection, and the impact of artificial intelligence on risk management. Particular emphasis is placed on the development of soft skills, which are critical for effective and ethical risk oversight within organizations.
Developed in collaboration with ABBL (Luxembourg Bankers’ Association), this seminar reflects industry best practices and emerging regulatory expectations. Alternative Modular Certification Approach
If you prefer a more flexible pace, you can opt for the modular certification path instead of the intensive 2-week seminar. This approach allows you to complete your certification over time by registering individually for each course. Simply follow the corresponding links on this page: Professional Qualification in Risk Management for Banks | House of Training.

Each link under this page will take you to a dedicated course page, where you’ll find detailed information and separate registration options for both the training and the exam.

All courses except "Risk Management - Fundamentals" which will be held online, will take place on-site at Training Centre of House of Training, in the Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg.
