Certification Depositary Bank (CDB)

The depositary bank agent carries out settlement transactions and corporate actions while performing processing and supervisory responsibilities within specified timeframes.
By completing this certification program, depositary bank agents attain complete proficiency in their role.

Candidates must register to the mandatory courses individually (see "Click to register" per module), and pass a final examination (once all mandatory courses have been completed).

• Depositary Bank Agent - in Practice - 8 hours  (Click to register)

Optional courses:

• AML for Depositary Functions - 4 hours  (Click to register)
• AML & KYC in Banking E-learning - 2 hours  (Click to register)
• GDPR E-learning - 1 hour  (Click to register )

Attestation, Certificat:

To obtain their certificate, candidates must :

•  Pass the examination for each training (excl. E-Learnings) with a minimum rate of 50%,
•  Request the certificate to Customer Service (customer@houseoftraining.lu). The House of Training will then send the certificate.
