This course covers the ethical and moral issues faced by a life company.

The concept of Business Ethics and its applications within a life company, including culture and conduct, and its influence on the behaviors and actions of its staff.

Duration: 1-hour e-learning course

There is a 15-questions knowledge check at the end of the course which selects random questions from a bank to provide a formal test of subject understanding. When participants reach the 80% pass mark they will receive a certificate.
