What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

  • To provide leaders and managers with the keys to succeed in better managing the 3 generations working within the company and notably members of Generations Y and Z, who represent new ways of doing things?
  • To improve a company’s prosperity by applying a new style of management that better reflects current expectations?

What does the training course cover?

How can you improve your management style and adapt it to members of generations X, Y and Z working within the company?

This workshop will attempt to identify what the new generation expects of a ‘good manager’ based on a survey of 500 individuals in the Grand Duchy. For the majority of the workshop we will give participants the opportunity to better understand what type of manager they are through a series of practical workshops and role-plays, in order to offer them practical solutions they can apply to the 3 generations of employees they are required to manage.
