Who is the training course aimed at?

Lawyers, future attorneys, candidates for the judicial training and notarial profession required to meet the CCDL language requirements in both languages. Also open to professionals wishing to certify an A1 to B2 level in German and Luxembourgish.

What are the prerequisites?

No academic prerequisites. The pathways start at A1 level (absolute beginner) in both languages and progress to B2 level. Internet connection and compatible device required.

What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

Acquire the German and Luxembourgish language skills required for access to legal professions in the Grand Duchy, from level A1 to level B2 in both languages.

What does the training course cover?

Two progressive pathways from A1 to B2 level, one in German and one in Luxembourgish. Video modules, vocabulary, grammar, reading and listening comprehension exercises, oral and written expression exercises.

100 % e-learning training on a dedicated platform. Video modules, interactive exercises, downloadable written materials. Unlimited 24/7 access from any device. Teaching language: French.

How is the assessment organised?

Continuous assessment through exercises and quizzes at the end of each module. Each pathway is validated upon completion of all modules.

What will you receive at the end of the training course?

Two official certificates of completion issued by ETIC (accredited training centre No. 10076336/12), one per language, sent by e-mail within 48 working hours of each pathway completion.

What course materials are provided?

Platform accessible from any browser. Educational videos, downloadable summary sheets in PDF format, interactive exercises.

Mode of organisation

100 % remote training, with no time or location constraints. The learner accesses the platform upon validation of registration. The two pathways can be completed in parallel or sequentially.
