Mind Tree Coaching is proud to present its brand new Academy. The platform allows students a self-paced access to self-development courses, and immediate access to all the coaching solutions proposed by Mind Tree Coaching.
In the last few years, the training market became increasingly digital. The need for self-paced solutions, on-the-go and cross-devices is a reality in the new organization of work. Companies and individual learners alike need flexibility and access to knowledge, training, and support for their professional and personal development.
I have always offered blended and digital solutions, and now with the launch of Mind Tree Coaching Academy I have assembled all our digital products on the same platform, for improved user experience and ease of use.
For corporate clients, the Academy is the perfect solution for the creation of inverted classroom and blended learning journeys formats. Participants can have access to e-learnings and other content for pre- or post-course work.
The Academy is also the opportunity to promote the Fair Play Method, an innovative system that uses the same project management skills and tools we employ at work to the home life organization.
The Fair Play Method, developed by Eve Rodsy, is a system that sets families, partners or couples up for success in their relationships and parenting. It’s about finding sustainable balance in your life. It borrows from proven organizational management principles, that optimize efficiency and focus on saving time, improving outcomes and reducing stress and anxiety for everyone. The first step is making all the chores in the household visible and accounted for. This is a defining moment, where values and culture heritage come to play, and households have the opportunity to really dive deep into their practices and decide what to keep and what to let go of. Following that, it’s time to define for each chore what it means in terms of Conception, Planning and Execution, what is the Minimum Standard of Care, the “definition of done” and what it all means in terms of ownership of a given chore or responsibility.
Only then are the tasks (each represented by a card) split between the members of the household. The result is more equitable distribution of the workload, and more free time for everyone to pursue their passions, leisure and family time.
It has been my strong belief that the missing part of the Diversity and Inclusion debate in organisations, specifically in terms of gender inclusion, is the need for more gender equity at home. We are all one person, and all the social roles we assume in our life (partner, parent, care giver, professional, etc) are interconnected. Only when we achieve equity in all areas of life we will be really equitable and fulfilled.
You can book a 30-minutes free session to discover more about the Fair Play Method and how it can impact your family and organization in the Mind Tree Coaching Academy.
Dream big, act bigger!
Mind Tree Coaching is a coaching and professional training company.
Our mind is like a tree: The roots connect us to the past, the culture, the personal resources that nourish and revitalise us. The trunk is the strength to grow, the life path, it endures bad weather and flourishes with the sun. It provides a safe space for those surrounding it, with shade and fruit, and it spreads well-being. The branches represent the world of possibilities, the freedom to choose new paths and new directions, openness towards the future and the possibility of change, growth, and development.
At Mind Tree Coaching we believe that people do the best they can, with the resources they have, at a given moment in time and in a given context. For sustainable change, and to be able to do even better, we sometimes need to activate and increase our resources, and intervene in our context, in a defined time frame.
