Teaching methods

I adapt my educational tools to the contexts, the desired learning outcomes, the learning objectives of the learners, their needs, their interests, their learning styles and their initial level of skills.

I emphasize the active involvement of learners. They are encouraged to participate interactively, to ask questions, to testify about real-life situations, to consider possible solutions to common problems.

Some work is carried out individually to meet the specific needs of each person and so that the training is "tailor-made". And others take place in groups so learners can share ideas, support each other, and learn from each other.

Real or simulated situations are the subject of role plays, which allow direct application of new skills. Training activities are designed to enable learners to acquire specific skills and apply them in concrete situations.
