Teaching methods

During our first contact, we assess the type of profile, the context as well as the current and targeted average skill level based on your experience and your knowledge of your organization. Thus, we will offer content that is as close as possible to your expectations and the current level. If necessary, we can carry out tests.

Our courses integrate a skills development approach called '70-20-10', which highlights the importance of experimentation (70%) and exchanges with peers and feedback (20%). This is why we systematically recommend a route in several stages.

During our sessions, we favor a "hybrid" approach whenever possible: this way we can provide theoretical content upstream to maximize efficiency during interactive time, around exchanges and group or individual work. Thus, adaptation and differentiation are at the heart of our systems.
