Who can apply Young university graduates from EU Member States. They must have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications. They should have not already benefited from in-service training in another European institution or had any kind of employment within a European institution or body.< They must have very good knowledge of at least two EU languages, of which one should be English, the working language of Eurofound.
