Definition

Gives all people the lifelong right to develop their knowledge and skills, improve their vocational qualifications and change their career path according to their personal needs or changes in their economic, technological or social environment.

It is aimed at people who:

1. Wish to obtain a qualification,
2. Wish to keep or extend a qualification,
3. Are at risk of losing their job, are unemployed or can no longer practice their profession.
