Introduction

• Understand the Excel environment (purpose, specific vocabulary, ...)
• Manipulate cells and spreadsheets (selections of adjacent or non-adjacent cells, how to rename, move, delete worksheets, …).
• Enter data (alphabetical, numerical, use of the fill handle, custom lists, …).

Choose the storage drive for your workbooks

• Classic: On a file server or a machine's hard drive
• 365: OneDrive Personal / OneDrive Shared / SharePoint-Teams

Calculation

• Create formulas
• Use functions (autosum, average, root, round, ...)
• Use absolute, relative and mixed references

Formatting

• Format tables (font, borders, alignment, number format, cell width and height, addition or deletion of rows and columns, automatic formatting).
