A WORD FROM MARJORIE DESLOGES, DIRECTOR

I am, first and foremost, a woman on the front line and my teaching experience has always led me to reflect and come up with new language learning projects. Based on solid experience, I was convinced that the learning system was out-dated, rigid and left no room for innovation. Hence in 2005, I set myself the challenge of creating a training body that could offer a new teaching system.

WHAT HAS MADE US UNIQUE FOR SO MANY YEARS?

Whilst we are forerunners in the field of training in Luxembourg, our trademark continues to be the “made-to-measure” offer. This expression, which has been trivialised or even emptied of its meaning by many market players, is our absolute priority. Our expertise in training engineering enables us to guide our clients towards the most suitable training courses. We mobilise all the necessary teaching tools that enable our learners to fully achieve their learning objectives; in addition, we also provide precise and effective follow-ups of all the training courses that we deliver.

We attract not mere trainers but real talent. All of them are, of course, native speakers who are experts in teaching their mother tongue, but they are also personalities who enrich us with their passions and cultural background. As for the administrative team, it is flexible, motivated and efficient. Our strength lies within the team dynamics of our 88 trainers and 8 administrative staff.

We are even in the era of “e-cap”, which combines the best of both worlds: physical communication and digital technologies in the same course, which is given to learners on site whilst others attend remotely. Teaching methods

  • We offer an approach to language teaching based on highly advanced didactic principles, focusing on communication and experimentation with the language through real-life situations. Our teaching method is tailored to the training needs of each client, as it offers a practical approach that allows trainees to make the link between the content taught and its use in the professional situations in which they evolve.
  • The content and progression of each of our course programmes have been established according to the structure of language skills of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
