A range of different and innovative courses that perfectly meet the requirements of our clients.
I am, first and foremost, a woman on the front line and my teaching experience has always led me to reflect and come up with new language learning projects. Based on solid experience, I was convinced that the learning system was out-dated, rigid and left no room for innovation. Hence in 2005, I set myself the challenge of creating a training body that could offer a new teaching system.
Whilst we are forerunners in the field of training in Luxembourg, our trademark continues to be the “made-to-measure” offer. This expression, which has been trivialised or even emptied of its meaning by many market players, is our absolute priority. Our expertise in training engineering enables us to guide our clients towards the most suitable training courses. We mobilise all the necessary teaching tools that enable our learners to fully achieve their learning objectives; in addition, we also provide precise and effective follow-ups of all the training courses that we deliver.
Cap Langues is an independent structure that enjoys total freedom in the development of its teaching resources and material. Its reputation has rapidly become highly enviable and the school has been raised to the rank of a recognised specialist in educational development in the Grand Duchy!
Since 2020, Cap Langues has incorporated an exclusive method into its training programmes: Applied DISC Language Learning, the result of several years of research and hands-on pedagogical experimentation.
Inspired by the DISC model, this approach enables a highly tailored adaptation of each language learning path to the learner’s communication and learning profile. In practice, this means that the course content, materials, pace, and format are all adjusted according to each participant’s dominant behavioural style, in order to boost engagement, retention, and progress. The goal is no longer to offer simple customization, but rather a truly impactful level of ultra-personalisation that transforms the learning experience.Today, this method lies at the heart of our evolving pedagogy and serves as a foundation for many innovative tools integrated into our training offer — including e-experiential activities, differentiated learning paths via our digital platform MyCap, and targeted micro-learning modules.
In 2025, to mark the 20th anniversary of Cap Langues, Marjorie Desloges set out to share the outcome of two decades of field experience, pedagogical innovation, and a strong commitment to more human, relevant, and inclusive language training. Her book, “Reinventing Language Learning”, offers an in-depth reflection on the limitations of traditional models and presents concrete solutions to sustainably transform training practices.
From ultra-personalisation to e-experiential learning, including the involvement of managers and the adaptation to DISC profiles, this book is intended for training and HR professionals who seek to rethink their learning strategies with both rigour and impact.
