About us

With a dual Franco-German background and extensive field experience, Bernd Dorst is a trainer and coach specializing in the prevention of psychosocial risks and the strengthening of mental health. His pedagogical approach is based on solid clinical expertise (Heilpraktiker in psychotherapy in Germany) and proven experience in crisis intervention.

A certified "Train the Trainer" (IHK Darmstadt) and manager of his continuing education organization, Bernd Dorst has a long history of leading seminars for leading institutions (Luxembourg Chamber of Employees - CSL, Ecole supérieure du travail - EST, SGD Darmstadt) as well as Webinars. He designs and delivers practice-oriented training programs covering essential topics such as resilience, stress management, burnout prevention, and compassionate communication.

Beyond theory, Bernd Dorst brings credibility derived from practical experience. His background includes years of experience in psychosocial crisis intervention (CGDIS, ASB) and a private practice since 2016. This daily immersion allows him to approach mental health with nuance and pragmatism, integrating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, schema therapy, and more.

Since September 2024, he has been a certified instructor for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses with the Ligue Santé Mentale. In this capacity, he is authorized to train individuals and professionals to identify mental health disorders, adopt appropriate behaviors, and guide them toward suitable support. This qualification is the culmination of a long-standing commitment to suicide prevention and emergency psychological support.

Speaking in French, German, English, and Luxembourgish, Bernd Dorst combines methodological rigor with compassion to break down taboos surrounding mental health and provide participants with practical tools.
