About us
National institute for the development of continuing vocational training. The INFPC is a public institution under the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth. Its mission is to promote lifelong-learning through three strands of work.
Co-funding of training
The INFPC provides guidance to companies seeking public support for training by providing an information and support service.
Established under the law on vocational training for private sector companies legally established in Luxembourg, this aid amounted to 15% of annual taxable amount invested in employee training. It is raised to 20% in respect of salary costs of unskilled workers and employees older than 45 years.

Lifelong-learning.lu portal
The INFPC manages and coordinates the lifelong-learning.lu portal, the Luxembourgish reference site for lifelong-learning.
Platform of contact between individuals and training bodies, it offers an extensive catalogue of 10 126 Courses provided by 278 Member training providers
This portal also centralises information on training: news, law, practices, training environment.

Training Observatory
The INFPC conducts monitoring and development training through the Training Observatory.
This observatory reflects the desire of the government and social partners to build accurate statistical knowledge and produce reliable training-related qualitative analysis.
The outputs of the observatory provide useful insights for the public and private strategies to optimise the quality of skills for the labour market.
