PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner (exam included)

Project Management experience or experience as a project team member. Some material is provided prior to the training and is expected to be fully read.

To take the P2 Practitioner exam you must provide proof of having passed one of the following:

• PRINCE2 Foundation (or higher) – only applies to certificates after 1/1/2009
• Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
• Project Professional Qualification (PPQ)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Following the completion of the course participants should:

• Apply the PRINCE2 principles in context
• Apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2 themes in context
• Apply (and tailor) relevant aspects of PRINCE2 processes in context
• Pass the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam

• The PRINCE2® Practitioner course provides an opportunity to apply the concepts of the PRINCE2 methodology to a scenario. The PRINCE2 Practitioner course prepares participants for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner is for anyone who manages projects as part of their role. The purpose of the Practitioner certification is to confirm whether a candidate could apply and tailor PRINCE2 in a range of different project environments and scenarios.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate. Upon successful completion of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.
