Contents

1. Introduction to Generative AI

Objective: establish solid foundations and align all participants.

This first part aims to clearly explain what generative AI is, how it works, and how it differs from traditional tools. The goal is to demystify the topic without unnecessary technical complexity, while comparing Microsoft Copilot with other tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini. Strengths, limitations, and best practices in a professional context will also be addressed.

. Identifying What Can Be Delegated to AI

Objective: move beyond the “gadget” effect and achieve real time savings.

This section focuses on identifying concrete tasks that employees can delegate to generative AI in their daily work. Participants will explore what works well and what does not with Copilot, as well as how to prioritize use cases to focus on areas with the highest added value, supported by real business examples.

. Core Features of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365

Objective: understand where and how Copilot integrates into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This session provides a practical overview of Copilot’s integration points within Microsoft 365. Participants will learn how to use Copilot in Word for writing and summarization, in Excel for data analysis and insights, and in PowerPoint to structure and generate presentations. Special attention will be given to interacting with Copilot directly within the Microsoft 365 environment.

. Prompting & Best Practices

Objective: learn how to “talk” to AI to achieve better results.

This part focuses on prompting best practices. Participants will learn how to formulate clear, structured, and actionable requests to improve the quality and relevance of Copilot’s outputs. Practical examples will be shared, along with common mistakes to avoid in order to save time and ensure useful results.

. Advanced Features

Objective: go further for teams looking to scale and industrialize usage.

This final section explores advanced Microsoft Copilot features, including agents. It covers creating custom agents, using research and analysis agents, and advanced use cases designed to structure and scale AI usage within the organization.
