Goals

A journey of discovery of intellectual property, grouping together all the rights: patents for technical innovations, trademarks for names and logos, designs for the appearance of products, but also an overview of their usefulness protection of intellectual and industrial property. Participants will learn about the value of intellectual property rights, how to exploit them for income, and how to manage them.

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
  • Determine the different rights applicable to a project or its business
  • Explain the benefits of protection
    • in operational terms
    • in financial terms
  • Detect intellectual property when it is created, including in the management of a (new) project
  • Follow the process of protection of intellectual property rights
