Goals

This course will focus on User experience (UX) and Project Management. It will focus on the process which design teams use to create products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. It will also focus on the application of processes, to achieve specific objectives and parameters.

The participants will learn about user experience and project management. The course objectives are divided into two approaches. Under the information-based approach, participants are encouraged to express themselves, share their knowledge and experience or ask questions during the theoretical part of the course. The project-based approach is used for the practical part of the course. This involves working in groups to test the shared methodology using collaborative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Upon completion of this course, learners will have acquired project management and UX skills. In addition, they will have added onto their communication, problem-solving, time-management, collaboration, adaptability and wireframing skills.

* Introduction to design thinking and design sprints.
* Persona, user story and prototyping.
* Processes, methods, skills, knowledge and experience required to achieve a project and assure its success.

Certificate, diploma

This training does not have any assessment or exams; a certificate of participation will be issued to participants.
