And how do you objectively assess skills such as communication, innovation, leadership, strategy, team spirit, empathy, delegation and assertiveness?

Our assessment centres showcase real life situations observed and analysed by various professionals and give a clear and objective image of the competencies and potentials present in a company. In this workshop we will guide you through what an assessment centre is and help you understand the value of adjusting your training plan to build a personalised development offer.
