Contents

In Luxembourg, 15% of suicides and 10% of resignations are linked to working conditions and relations. These figures represent a considerable cost, both in human terms and to the company's economy. However, there are a number of levers that can be used to engage in a continuous improvement process, including work on occupational risks.
