Teaching methods

Before we start, we define the expectations of managers and employees at the behavioural and technical level. This allows us to have a better knowledge of the learners' work environment and to define concrete examples that help them to act autonomously afterwards.

We also rely on Neurosciences which, by studying the functioning of the brain to understand human behaviour, allow us to define learning methods that are impactful and adapted to each person.

Thanks to our use of Assessment, we can also better understand the areas of improvement of the participants and identify their learning agility.

Assessment is very important to us. This is why, following the training, we provide feedback to the learner and the company with an action plan for the future. Our trainers come from the business world, are passionate about their work and have a solid knowledge of the job market.
