Objectives

Die Schulung wendet sich an Experten, die an der Berechnung der Gesamtenergieeffizienz und der Erstellung von Energiepässen für neue und bestehende Nichtwohngebäude interessiert sind.

  • Kenntnisse über die gesetzlichen Anforderungen und deren Neuerungen
  • Handhabung der neuen IBP-Software zur Berechnung des Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Nichtwohngebäuden (Erstellung von Energiepässen)

Content

Teil 1: Theorie und Gesetzesanforderungen

Theorie Gesamtenergieeffizienz Nichtwohngebäude

  • Erklärungen zu der aktuellen Verordnung über die Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Nichtwohngebäuden
  • Definition Energiebezugsfläche und thermische Hülle
  • Haupt- und Mindestanforderungen an neue sowie bestehende Nichtwohngebäude oder solche, bei denen Erweiterungs- oder Umbauarbeiten vorgesehen sind
  • Anlagentechnik und Anrechenbarkeit erneuerbarer Energien
Teil 2: Praktische Übung, Softwareanwendung

Handhabung der LuxEeB_F-Software (IBP), welche die Erstellung von Energieausweisen für Nichtwohngebäude ermöglicht, einschließlich:

  • Eigene Eingabe eines Projektes an schulungseigenen Rechnern
  • Eingabe und Berechnung von Nichtwohngebäude sowie grundlegende Vorgehensweise
  • Eingabe der funktionalgebäudespezifischen Anlagentechnik
  • Berechnung der solaren Gewinne sowie eventuell eingesetzter Photovoltaikanlagen
  • Analyse der Ergebnisse
