    • Why carbon matters, the climate crisis and its business implications, basic science of carbon cycle and greenhouse effect, and the business case for carbon reduction.
  • Corporate Carbon Footprinting:
    • Understanding carbon footprints, defining Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and overview of data collection for carbon measurement.
  • Carbon Reduction Strategies:
    • Overarching principles for carbon reduction, strategies for operational efficiency, renewable energy, circular economy, and specific strategies for Green IT and sustainable technology practices.
  • Technology for Carbon Management:
    • IT tools for carbon footprinting and reporting, data analytics for carbon insights, and emerging technologies for carbon reduction and optimization.
  • Action Planning & Next Steps:
    • Developing personal and professional carbon action plans, corporate collaboration for carbon reduction, and resources for continued learning and engagement.
