WORKSHOP EXEMPLE - HOW TO REDUCE STRESS SYMPTOMS IN DAILY ACTIVITIES®

To learn how to manage:

  • Stress picks
  • Concentration/Confidence problems
  • Eye Strain
  • How to begin/to end my day?

EXERCICES

  • Breathing method_ Stress Management & Symptoms Reduction (to have the ability to regain quickly a mental, a physical calm)
  • Dynamic Body Relaxation_ Concentration & Self-confidence (To concentrate on a work, subject, in a noisy, disturbing environment, to be prepared for an interview, a meeting, an evaluation)
  • Works on muscles and nerves of the eyes_ Relaxation & Visual Improvements (to get rid of trouble focusing, pain in and around the eyes, and irritability)*
    *this exercise does not prevent / replace the medical consultation
  • My own “Tool Box”_using previous exercices in my daily activities (shower; meals; public transports, sleep preparation)

FIND AND DEVELOP OUR LIFE PATH

  • Stress: dismissal, work relocation, mourning, divorce, as examples
  • Fears: communication in public, vertigo, flying, driving, among the most common
  • Specific preparations: exams (school, sports)
  • Sleeping: find a real quality of rest
  • BurnOut: spot the warning signs, understand them and learn to manage them
  • Chronic pain and fatigue: soothe, find the source
  • Addictions: food, alcohol, cigarettes, sport, drugs
  • Self-confidence, motivation, creativity
  • Memory, concentration

CAREER TRANSITION

  • Find and / or consolidate confidence, motivation for seeking a new job, a new career guidance
  • Prepare physically and mentally for a job interview
