How to manage your DLT project

To follow this class, it is helpful to have taken some of the "Deep dive" courses, such as the Hyperledger and GDPR trainings.

• Understand challenges commonly associated with different phases of "private" DLT projects.
• Be able to identifiy and select appropriate solution strategies for the respective challenges.

In this course, we will study typical challenges over the "life-cycle" of a "private" DLT-project. The course will be structured along three project phases (Proof-of-Concept, Pilot, and Scaling). For each of these phases, we will identify crucial challenges and discuss potential solution strategies.
