Improve business processes or operations management by the application of lean principles by an in house team of employees coached in the application of lean and receiving bespoke lean training tailored to the business situation and your company, enterprise or organisation.

After completing this training, students will be able to:

• Understand why lean management brings benefits in quality, service level, delivery time and cost
• Select appropriate lean tools to apply
• Following the lean coaching / learn by doing method trainees will become autonomous in taking lean initiatives to further the business processes and operations of their enterprises

Améliorez les processus métier ou la gestion des opérations en appliquant les principes de gestion lean par une équipe interne d'employés formés à l'application de la gestion lean et recevant une formation personnalisée sur mesure, adaptée à la situation de votre entreprise et à votre organisation.

A l’issue de la formation, le participant sera capable de:
