Contents

Every Company has a unique culture, which contributes significantly to the company’s success. Major components of the company’s culture are management style and communication including the way in which employees interact together.

This course focuses on why feedback is important and how it contributes to the Continuous Improvement Cycle for the company. Participants will learn the techniques used in giving dynamic feedback, including when and how to give feedback to other employees, as well as the benefits of giving and receiving feedback.

This course is highly interactive and integrates techniques such as the Feedback Karaoke™, group exchanges and simulations to identify and learn strategies to overcome constructive feedback challenges.
