The PRINCE2 Fast-Track training aims to provide participants with an in-depth knowledge and working understanding of the PRINCE2® method.

This training will help prepare participants for the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner exams.

A mix of approach and techniques aimed at both mastering theoretical concepts and principles, and also successfully putting into practice the different principles, processes and themes of the PRINCE2 methodology.

PRINCE2® has established itself as a global benchmark for project management and is generic, customizable and exclusively business-oriented.

PRINCE2 SHORT-TRACK training covers both the PRINCE2 FOUNDATION training program and the PRINCE2 PRACTITIONER training program.

The two trainings combined in 5 days in order to allow participants over a short period of time to master the different concepts and understand how to put this methodology into practice.
