  • 1 day of employability coaching, on Friday, to work on your job aspirations, build your career plan and upskilling project

1. Upgrade of your computer skills. Hands-on, practical, technical training: designing, developing and marketing a website. Getting a clear understanding of 4 key jobs related to the web:

  • Web designer
  • Web developer
  • Webmaster
  • Web Marketer/Community Manager.

2. Coaching to assist you in understanding your potential and identifying how to build the key competencies to get one of these jobs

3. An action plan to build such skills and get closer to the employment market

Contents

The programme is designed for learners to lead their way in the web, to build a path towards new skillsets and job opportunities, by studying 4 key jobs related to the web. Also included: professional coaching, mentoring, meetings with web professionals, build a web project (design, develop, and market your site, and learn to communicate around your brand).

Outcome: you have a website that you have built and an action plan to find the training, education, internship, or apprenticeship which is relevant to get the job you want.

Teaching methods

Hybrid Training format: 2 days in classroom / 2 days online. All lessons are instructor-led with live trainers. The trainers are web professionals who share their knowledge of their jobs and their professional skills. Programme designed by NumericALL.

Evaluation

There is no formal assessment. Learners have the opportunity to present their project, developed throughout six weeks of training, to the whole course on the final day, including the pedagogical team and members of the mentoring committee.

Certificate, diploma

A certificate of participation is delivered on completion of the training.
