Objectifs

Learn how does the EU Whistleblowing Directive impact your organisation and which actions need to be taken.

Contenu

Whistleblowing is encouraged as it prevents wrongdoing, minimizes risks, costs, and enhances transparency and accountability for organisations.

In 2019 the EU Whistleblowing Directive (Directive 2019/1937) came into force, providing protection for whistleblowers and requiring companies to put in place internal reporting channels.

The Luxembourgish Government has published a draft bill that companies can use to benchmark themselves. It is worth highlighting that the Directive’s internal reporting requirements are already directly applicable for firms with greater than 250 employees.

Join this free webinar where you will learn about the requirements of this Directive and its impacts for your firm.
