Social media are increasingly under debate. They have been blamed for not addressing fake news, trolls, online bullying, etc. in an effective way. Businesses have to be aware of the changes shaking social media and the marketing practice associated with it. They also need to be prepared for the changes that will shape social networks in the near future.
