This seminar aims to provide knowledge on business plan building techniques and it especially insists on budget aspects of a business plan. It aims to provide basic budgeting techniques as well as simple methods regarding product and services offering definition and pricing techniques.

Business plan:

• what is the purpose of a business plan?
• what should be included in a business plan?
• what is the purpose of a forecast budget?

Data needed to achieve a forecast budget:

• business requirements and investments,
• products/services pricing,
• turnover forecast,
• marketing, communication and costs,
• charges,
• depreciation,
• taxes.

Financial data/Budget estimate:

• funding plan,
• forecast result,
• profitability threshold/breakeven,
