24 hours of assessment, including 15 hours of individual interviews

A one-hour interview, followed by 7 two-hour individual coaching sessions, exercises and personal introspection work must be carried out outside the individual coaching hours.

Contents

Step 1: Preliminary phase
  • Presentation of the approach and methodology.
  • Validation of the participant's commitment.
  • Analysis of its needs, to identify expectations and objectives.
Step 2: Investigation and confrontation phase
  • ©GOLDEN Personality Inventory.
  • Analysis of the path taken.
  • Reappropriation of the main professional achievements.
  • Inventory of knowledge, skills and interpersonal skills.
  • System of values and motivation.
  • Emergence of coherent professional project leads.
  • Deepening and confrontation with the reality of the market.
  • Declination of the chosen professional project.
Step 3: Conclusion phase
  • Reflection on the implementation of the project and on a short and medium term action plan.
  • Submission of a summary document written with the beneficiary.
A follow-up interview is proposed, within six months of the end of the assessment, to finalize this support.

Points covered

The reflection between personal identity and the coherence of one's professional choices is deepened, tests are carried out to identify one's motivations, drivers and obstacles. A reading grid is established to draw the "red thread" of their professional history and help them build or develop their professional project.

The 15 hours of individual meetings are completed, on the part of the participant, by a work of formalisation and documentary research, by field surveys and meetings with professionals, bringing the total duration of the skills assessment to 24 hours.

Evaluation

A follow-up interview is proposed, within six months of the end of the assessment, to finalise this support.

Certificate, diploma

A certificate and all the results of the psycho-technical tests will be given at the end of the assessment.
