The program provides practical tools and methods for improving operations and processes of any scale, in any industry, and in any function. Participants will learn how to implement these techniques in their own company.
> Crafting and Implementing Strategy

Based on real-life cases, participants will learn strategic thinking skills, evaluation of strategic alternatives, prediction, and management of strategic change.
> Making Strategic Decisions Using Data
