At the end of each workshop, participants will have acquired additional energy potential:

Each workshop will benefit from a special menu of tailor-made body techniques and mental projections. It can be adapted according to requests and needs.

Contenu

Cocooning workshops:

  • Deep relaxation - Different breathing exercises - Anchoring, Relaxation
  • Physical relaxation - Specific exercises - Release of tensions
  • Mental relaxation - Specific exercises - Evacuate mental chatter

Méthodes pédagogiques

All of the workshops are part of a tailor-made 10-session program.
The exercises practiced at each workshop, are part of a logical chain which allows a global measurable result at the end of the program.

Individual/groups intra-company courses can be attended on-site when actions to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of everybody according to the Health Ministry recommendations.
They are fixed according to daily rhythms and obligations.
