  • Language training: proof of participation
As proof of employees' participation in language training courses, whether in the classroom or by distance learning, for groups or individually, certificates or attestations of participation for each employee should be submitted together with the application for co-funding (see specimen under the heading "Form").
  • The period of eligibility of the training plan is based solely on the calendar year, i.e. from 1 January to 31 December.

Analysis of applications for co-funding

Processing of applications for co-funding consists of an analysis of compliance, covering both quality and quantity, with regard to the eligibility criteria laid down in the legislation.

The INFPC submits the conclusions of its analyses to the consultative committee which issues an opinion and passes it on to the Minister of Education, Children and Youth (MENJE). The latter then decides whether the aid will be allocated or not.

The INFPC processes nearly 2 000 co-funding applications each year.

The company sends its co-funding application to the INFPC by the given deadline. The INFPC carries out its analysis of the application's
compliance and, if necessary, asks the company for more information. The INFPC then submits the conclusions of its analyses to the consultative
committee which issues an opinion and passes it on to the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth. The Ministry then decides whether the aid
will be allocated or not, and informs the company of its decision.

Protection of personal data

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) stipulates new requirements that have an impact on the procedure for processing applications for co-funding continuing vocational training. Thus, the application form now includes a text on the Regulation, under a new tab in the form, entitled "GDPR".
