Technical Secondary Education

In Luxembourg, through continuing training, there are alternative means of obtaining a technical secondary education diploma.
General Secondary School Leaving Diploma
Earn the General Secondary School Leaving Diploma in the administrative and commercial division, management section or follow International Standard Classification of Education level 3 classes (equivalent to classes 4e and 3e in Luxembourg) in the healthcare and social professions division. In this same division, obtain the Nursing Assistant or Carer Professional Competence Diploma (DAP) through continuing training.
DT - Technician's Diploma
Obtain the aircraft mechanic Technician's Diploma - category B, by attending a sandwich course (adult apprenticeship).
DAP - Vocational Aptitude Diploma
Obtain a Vocational Skills Certificate by attending an evening or a sandwich course (adult apprenticeship). The DAP provides access to the labour market as a qualified employee.
CCP - Vocational Capacity Certificate
Obtain a Vocational Capacity Certificate by attending a sandwich course (adult apprenticeship). The CCP constitutes basic vocational training.
